Mais pour cette t\u00e2che, il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable d\u2019utiliser l\u2019interface.<\/p>\n<p>Il suffit donc de cliquer sur \u00ab\u00a0<span style=\"color: #333399;\">fichier<\/span>\u00a0\u00bb dans la barre d\u2019outil, puis choisir \u00ab<span style=\"color: #333399;\">\u00a0import<\/span>\u00a0\u00bb et choisir le type de donn\u00e9es qu\u2019on veut importer. Choisir l\u2019emplacement du fichier en m\u00e9moire et sp\u00e9cifier la ligne contenant le nom des variables.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le cas d\u2019un fichier, la commande \u00e9quivalente est :<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333399;\">import excel \u00ab\u00a0C:\\Users\\DNelson\\Desktop\\Cons.xlsx\u00a0\u00bb, sheet(\u00ab\u00a0Feuil1\u00a0\u00bb) firstrow<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333399;\">Firstrow<\/span> signifie que la premi\u00e8re ligne contient les noms des variables.<\/p>\n<p>Une fois les donn\u00e9es lues dans<span style=\"color: #333399;\"> Stata<\/span>, nous pouvons les enregistrer sous format de donn\u00e9es data <span style=\"color: #333399;\">(.dta<\/span>).<\/p>\n<p>Pour le faire une fois encore, nous privil\u00e9gions la m\u00e9thode par clic. Alors cliquer sur l\u2019icone \u00ab<span style=\"color: #333399;\">\u00a0Data Editor\u00a0<\/span>\u00bb de la barre d\u2019outil. Une autre fen\u00eatre s\u2019ouvre avec les donn\u00e9es importer. Alors il suffit d\u2019aller dans la barre d\u2019outil de cette nouvelle fen\u00eatre cliquer sur \u00ab<span style=\"color: #333399;\">\u00a0fichier<\/span>\u00a0\u00bb et sur \u00ab<span style=\"color: #333399;\">\u00a0save as\u00a0<\/span>\u00bb. Choisir l\u2019emplacement de sauvegarde et le nom de la base Stata et enfin valider.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le cas d\u2019un fichier Excel import\u00e9, la commande d\u2019enregistrement en fichier data est :<span style=\"color: #333399;\"> save \u00ab\u00a0Chemein_d\u2019acc\u00e8s\\nom_fichier.dta\u00a0\u00bb<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #333399;\"><b><i> Quelques \u00e9l\u00e9ments du langage<\/i><\/b><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333399;\">Stata <\/span>utilise un langage de programmation qui utilise des op\u00e9rations classiques et des programmes avanc\u00e9s. Pour les s\u00e9lectionner et les conserver, on utilise les commandes suivantes :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333399;\">if<\/span> : C\u2019est la clause de condition. Il permet de r\u00e9aliser un certain nombre d\u2019op\u00e9rations si certaines conditions sont remplis. Elle r\u00e9duit notre \u00e9chantillon en une partie remplissant une condition. Syntaxe :<span style=\"color: #333399;\"> commande if condition<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Exemple :<span style=\"color: #333399;\"> list if sexe ==1<\/span> : liste les individus pour lesquels<span style=\"color: #333399;\"> sexe = 1<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333399;\">Drop<\/span> : Pour supprimer des variables ou des variables de notre base.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Syntaxe :<span style=\"color: #333399;\"> drop nom_variable<\/span> ou<span style=\"color: #333399;\"> drop n<\/span> pour supprimer une variable ou l\u2019observation num\u00e9ro n et drop if condition pour supprimer les observation v\u00e9rifiant une condition.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333399;\">keep<\/span> : Pour ne garder que les variables sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9es. Syntaxe :<span style=\"color: #333399;\"> keep var1, var2<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333399;\">clear<\/span> :<span style=\"color: #333399;\"> Clear<\/span> est utilis\u00e9 pour supprimer les variables en m\u00e9moire. C\u2019est l\u2019\u00e9quivalent de <span style=\"color: #333399;\">drop_all<\/span>. On a :<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>a-<span style=\"color: #333399;\"> clear all<\/span> : vide enti\u00e8rement la m\u00e9moire.<\/p>\n<p>b-<span style=\"color: #333399;\"> clear ado<\/span> : Supprime les programmes ado en m\u00e9moire.<\/p>\n<p>c-<span style=\"color: #333399;\"> clear programs<\/span> : Supprime tous les programmes en m\u00e9moire.<\/p>\n<p>d-<span style=\"color: #333399;\"> clear results<\/span> : Supprime les r\u00e9sultats sauvegarder en m\u00e9moire.<\/p>\n<p>NB : Avant d\u2019utiliser les commande<span style=\"color: #333399;\"> Keep<\/span> ou drop, on peut utiliser la commande preserve afin de r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer par la suite l\u2019\u00e9chantillon initial.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #333399;\"><b><i> D\u00e9crire les donn\u00e9es<\/i><\/b><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333399;\">describe<\/span> : Donne une description de la base de donn\u00e9es active : le nombre d\u2019observations et de variables, la liste des variables, leur type etc.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333399;\">codebook<\/span> : Donne des d\u00e9tails sur les variables en m\u00e9moire en sp\u00e9cifiant les donn\u00e9es manquantes et quelques statistiques descriptives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Syntaxe :<span style=\"color: #333399;\"> codebook nom_de_la_variable<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333399;\">count<\/span> : On l\u2019utilise g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement avec if pour conna\u00eetre le nombre d\u2019observation v\u00e9rifiant une condition. Syntaxe : count if condition. Sans condition, count donne la taille de la base.<\/li>\n<li>Exemple :<span style=\"color: #333399;\"> count if age &gt;20<\/span> donne le nombre de personne de plus de 20 ans.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #333399;\"><b><i> Les variables<\/i><\/b><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333399;\">Stata<\/span> est un logiciel sensible \u00e0 la case. C\u2019est-\u00e0-dire qu\u2019il fait la diff\u00e9rence entre les majuscules et les minuscules.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pour cr\u00e9er une variable sous stata, on utilise la commande \u00ab<span style=\"color: #333399;\">\u00a0generate<\/span>\u00bb ou \u00ab<span style=\"color: #333399;\">\u00a0gen<\/span>\u00bb.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Syntaxe :<span style=\"color: #333399;\"> gen nom_variable = valeur<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Exemple<span style=\"color: #333399;\"> gen age = annee_actu \u2013 annee_nais<\/span> permet de cr\u00e9er la variable age.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333399;\"><b><i>Recoder les variables<\/i><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Pour recoder les variables, la commande la plus utilis\u00e9e est replace.<\/p>\n<p>Syntaxe :<span style=\"color: #333399;\"> replace nom_var = nouvelle_valeur if condition<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333399;\">Replace zone = 4 if zone == 2 | zone ==3<\/span> : Ceci regroupe les modalit\u00e9s 2 et 3 en 4 de la variable zone.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>On peut \u00e9galement renommer une variable en utilisant rename.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333399;\">Rename var1 var2<\/span> : Permet de recoder la variable<span style=\"color: #333399;\"> var1<\/span> en<span style=\"color: #333399;\"> var2<\/span>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #333399;\"><b><i> Les fichiers de donn\u00e9es<\/i><\/b><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333399;\"><b><i>Trier les donn\u00e9es<\/i><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Pour trier les donn\u00e9es, on peut passer par le menu Editor ou en utilisant les commandes. On peut donc utiliser :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333399;\">Order \/ move<\/span> : permet de trier les variables en m\u00e9moire.<span style=\"color: #333399;\"> Aoder <\/span>r\u00e9organise toutes les variables par ordre alphab\u00e9tique.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Exemple :<span style=\"color: #333399;\"> order sexe age dep<\/span> va placer les variables sexe,<span style=\"color: #333399;\"> age<\/span> et<span style=\"color: #333399;\"> dep<\/span> en d\u00e9but de fichier. L\u2019ordre des autres n\u2019\u00e9tant pas modifi\u00e9.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333399;\">Sort<\/span> : permet de trier les observations au sein d\u2019un fichier.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Exemple : sort sexe permet de trier les observations en fonction de la variable sexe<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333399;\"><b><i>Combiner les fichiers<\/i><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333399;\">Append<\/span> : Permet d\u2019ajouter des observations \u00e0 la fin du fichier en m\u00e9moire.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Exemple : Si le fichier en m\u00e9moire est fichier1.dta et qu\u2019on ex\u00e9cute append<span style=\"color: #333399;\"> using fichier2.dta<\/span>, on ajoute alors les observations du<span style=\"color: #333399;\"> fichier2<\/span> au<span style=\"color: #333399;\"> fichier1<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>Pour que ca marche, les variables doivent avoir le m\u00eame nom dans les 2 bases.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333399;\">Merge<\/span> : Ajoute les variables selon un identifiant des individus commun dans les 2 bases. Il faut que les deux fichiers soient ordonn\u00e9es selon l\u2019identifiant.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Exemple : Supposons que dans le<span style=\"color: #333399;\"> fichier1.dta<\/span>, nous ayons les nom des communes avec leur<span style=\"color: #333399;\"> ID<\/span> et dans le<span style=\"color: #333399;\"> fichier2.dta<\/span>, la population des commune avec leur ce m\u00eame<span style=\"color: #333399;\"> ID<\/span>.
