{"id":1073,"date":"2024-02-10T03:27:50","date_gmt":"2024-02-10T03:27:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lasstatistique.com\/?p=1073"},"modified":"2024-08-14T02:49:29","modified_gmt":"2024-08-14T02:49:29","slug":"cours-1-introduction-a-power-bi-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lasstatistique.com\/?p=1073","title":{"rendered":"Cours 1 : Introduction \u00e0 Power BI"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><b>Extraire et transformer la donn\u00e9e avec Power Query<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Placez vos fichiers sources dans le dossier destin\u00e9 au stockage des donn\u00e9es brutes (<span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">INPUT<\/span>).<\/p>\n<p>A ce propos<span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"> Power BI<\/span> est con\u00e7u pour fonctionner avec une grande vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de sources de donn\u00e9es :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Donn\u00e9es issues<span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"> d&rsquo;Excel<\/span> et de fichiers Power BI Desktop<\/li>\n<li>Applications SaaS, telles que Google Analytics, Salesforce, et bien d&rsquo;autres encore<\/li>\n<li>Bases de donn\u00e9es et autres jeux de donn\u00e9es, tels qu&rsquo;Azure SQL Database et les donn\u00e9es tabulaires SQL Server Analysis Services<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Dans le cadre de ce cours nous allons nous restreindre \u00e0 l\u2019utilisation des donn\u00e9es issues d\u2019Excel. Pour cela, nous disposons d\u2019un fichier<span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"> Excel<\/span> contenant des donn\u00e9es fictives sur le chiffre d\u2019affaires d\u2019une entreprise de loterie.<\/p>\n<p>Avant d\u2019\u00eatre utilis\u00e9es pour l\u2019\u00e9laboration des rapports, vos donn\u00e9es doivent \u00eatre pr\u00e9par\u00e9es et bien structur\u00e9es. Ceci peut \u00eatre fait directement sur Excel avant leur importation dans Power BI ou directement dans <span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">Power BI<\/span> desktop gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 Power <span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">Query<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><b>Power Query<\/b><\/span> est une application de Microsoft qui sert \u00e0 transformer et pr\u00e9parer des donn\u00e9es. Cette appli est tr\u00e8s compl\u00e9mentaire \u00e0 Power BI, car elle permet de pr\u00e9parer les sources de donn\u00e9es qui permettront de cr\u00e9er des rapports fiables. On parle de <span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><b>dataprep<\/b><\/span> ou <span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><b>data pr\u00e9paration<\/b><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p><b>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Extraire la donn\u00e9e<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Il faut cliquez\u00a0 sur<span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"> <b>obtenir les donn\u00e9es<\/b><\/span>, et s\u00e9lectionnez parmi toutes les sources possibles (<span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">Excel, PDF, SharePoint, Access&#8230;<\/span>) \u201c<span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><b>Dossier<\/b><\/span>\u201d. Dans notre cas, on peut vouloir calculer la TVA de 19,5% appliqu\u00e9e aux produits vendus.
