L\u2019effet Dunning-Kruger, aussi appel\u00e9\u00a0effet de sur-confiance\u00a0est un\u00a0biais cognitif\u00a0selon lequel les moins qualifi\u00e9s dans un domaine surestiment leur\u00a0comp\u00e9tence. <\/em>Cet effet vient de l\u2019\u00e9tude des professeurs am\u00e9ricains et
psychologues David Dunning\u00a0et\u00a0Justin Kruger publi\u00e9e en 1999. Ce qu\u2019ils ont appel\u00e9 \u00ab la montagne de la stupidit\u00e9 \u00bb ou le \u00ab mont stupide \u00bb. C\u2019est lorsque l\u2019on commence \u00e0 comprendre quelque chose, qu\u2019on pense avoir bien cern\u00e9 le sujet mais qu\u2019on ne se rend pas encore compte qu\u2019il nous reste encore \u00e9norm\u00e9ment \u00e0 apprendre.\u00a0 Par cons\u00e9quent, lorsqu\u2019on creuse le sujet on r\u00e9alise qu\u2019on ne sait pas autant de choses qu\u2019on pensait le savoir et on tombe dans ce qu\u2019on appelle \u00ab la vall\u00e9e de l\u2019humilit\u00e9 \u00bb ou \u00ab la vall\u00e9e du d\u00e9sespoir \u00bb. Et enfin si on continue d\u2019apprendre sur le sujet en question on remontera doucement la pente pour finalement dire qu\u2019on n\u2019est s\u00fbrement pas parfait<\/strong> mais on est en tous cas moins \u00ab\u00a0b\u00eate<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb qu\u2019au d\u00e9but.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
