{"id":833,"date":"2023-10-09T05:29:18","date_gmt":"2023-10-09T05:29:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lasstatistique.com\/?p=833"},"modified":"2024-08-14T08:06:33","modified_gmt":"2024-08-14T08:06:33","slug":"cour-1-excel","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lasstatistique.com\/?p=833","title":{"rendered":"Cours 1 : Excel"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><b>CHAPITRE II :<\/b> <b>UTILISATION DES FORMULES DE BASE ET DES FONCTIONS<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><b>II.1- Manipulation des cellules<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Copier une cellule<\/b>: s\u00e9lectionner la cellule, copier (<span style=\"color: #008000;\"><b><i>ctrl-c<\/i><\/b><\/span>), s\u00e9lectionner la destination, coller (<span style=\"color: #008000;\"><b><i>ctrl-v<\/i><\/b><\/span>)<\/p>\n<p><b>Copier une ligne\/colonne<\/b>: s\u00e9lectionner l\u2019ent\u00eate de la ligne\/colonne, copier (<span style=\"color: #008000;\"><i>ctrl-c<\/i><\/span>), s\u00e9lectionner la destination, coller (<span style=\"color: #008000;\"><b><i>ctrl-v<\/i><\/b><\/span>)<\/p>\n<p><b>S\u00e9lectionner plusieurs cellules adjacentes<\/b>: s\u00e9lectionner la premi\u00e8re cellule, maintenir la touche <span style=\"color: #008000;\"><b><i>shift<\/i><\/b> <\/span>enfonc\u00e9e, s\u00e9lectionner la derni\u00e8re cellule;<\/p>\n<p><b>S\u00e9lectionner plusieurs cellules disjointes<\/b>: s\u00e9lectionner chaque cellule en maintenant la touche <span style=\"color: #008000;\"><b><i>ctrl<\/i><\/b> <\/span>enfonc\u00e9e;<\/p>\n<p><b>Supprimer une ou plusieurs cellules<\/b>: s\u00e9lectionner la ou les cellules, appuyer sur la touche<span style=\"color: #008000;\"> <b>Suppr<\/b><\/span> ;<\/p>\n<p><b>Ins\u00e9rer une ligne\/colonne<\/b>: s\u00e9lectionner l\u2019ent\u00eate de la ligne\/colonne, appuyer sur le bouton de droite (menu contextuel), s\u00e9lectionner <span style=\"color: #008000;\"><b><i>Ins\u00e9rer<\/i><\/b><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><b>II.2- D\u00e9finition d\u2019une formule<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>&#8211; Formule: <\/b>Expression math\u00e9matique permettant d\u2019effectuer des calculs en utilisant<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Des nombres (des \u00ab <span style=\"color: #008000;\">constantes<\/span> \u00bb)<\/li>\n<li>Des op\u00e9rateurs<\/li>\n<li>Des valeurs pr\u00e9sentes dans d\u2019autres cellules<\/li>\n<li>Des fonction pr\u00e9d\u00e9finies<\/li>\n<li>Des fonctions d\u00e9finies par l\u2019utilisateur<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><b>II.3- Les formules de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Les formules font r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 une autre cellule en utilisant ses coordonn\u00e9es ou un nom d\u00e9fini par l\u2019utilisateur.<\/p>\n<p>Il y a diff\u00e9rentes fa\u00e7on de faire une r\u00e9f\u00e9rence:<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008000;\">1.R\u00e9f\u00e9rence absolue<\/span> = utilisation des coordonn\u00e9es absolues par rapport \u00e0 l\u2019origine de la feuille : <b><i>$<\/i><\/b><i>lettre_de_colonne<\/i><b><i>$<\/i><\/b><i>num\u00e9ro_de_ligne<\/i><i> ex: <\/i><i>$B$3<\/i><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008000;\">2.R\u00e9f\u00e9rence relative<\/span> = utilisation des coordonn\u00e9es par rapport \u00e0 la cellule qui contient la formule (cellule de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence) : la position relative est masqu\u00e9e, on visualise une r\u00e9f\u00e9rence absolue sans le signe <b><i>$ <\/i><\/b>, <i>ex: <\/i><i>A8<\/i>.<\/p>\n<p>!!! Attention: lorsqu\u2019on copie une cellule contenant une r\u00e9f\u00e9rence relative, c\u2019est la position relative qui est copi\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008000;\">3.R\u00e9f\u00e9rence mixte<\/span> = m\u00e9lange d\u2019une r\u00e9f\u00e9rence absolue et relative <i>ex: <\/i><i>B$3<\/i><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008000;\">4.R\u00e9f\u00e9rence nomm\u00e9e<\/span> = un nom est sp\u00e9cifiquement donn\u00e9 \u00e0 une cellule et les formules peuvent faire r\u00e9f\u00e9rence directement \u00e0 ce nom.<\/p>\n<p><b><span style=\"color: #008000;\">II.4- Application<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Exemple:<\/p>\n<p>Saisir sur une feuille de calcul (case A1) la valeur 19,6%<\/p>\n<p>Saisir ensuite un tableau \u00e0 3 colonnes:<\/p>\n<p>Produit<\/p>\n<p>Prix HT<\/p>\n<p>Prix TTC<\/p>\n<p>Saisir par exemple 4 produits ainsi que leurs prix HT<\/p>\n<p>Remplir la colonne Prix TTC en utilisant la case A1<\/p>\n<p>Saisir la bonne formule dans la premi\u00e8re case de la colonne<\/p>\n<p>Puis la recopier vers le bas<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-834\" src=\"https:\/\/lasstatistique.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/Capture-2-3-300x156.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"735\" height=\"382\" srcset=\"https:\/\/lasstatistique.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/Capture-2-3-300x156.png 300w, https:\/\/lasstatistique.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/Capture-2-3-768x400.png 768w, https:\/\/lasstatistique.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/Capture-2-3.png 941w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 735px) 100vw, 735px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><b>II.5- Formules : les op\u00e9rateurs<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><b>Arithm\u00e9tiques: <\/b><\/span>ils s\u2019appliquent \u00e0 des valeurs num\u00e9riques et retournent des valeurs num\u00e9riques : <strong>+<\/strong>, <strong>&#8211;<\/strong>, <strong>*<\/strong>, <strong>\/<\/strong>, <strong>^<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"color: #008000;\">Relationnels<\/span>: <\/b>ils comparent deux r\u00e9sultats num\u00e9riques et retournent une valeur logique; exemple: \u00e9galit\u00e9 (<strong>=<\/strong>), diff\u00e9rence (<strong>&lt;&gt;<\/strong>), inf\u00e9riorit\u00e9 stricte (<strong>&lt;<\/strong>), sup\u00e9riorit\u00e9 stricte (<strong>&gt;<\/strong>), inf\u00e9riorit\u00e9 (<strong>&lt;=<\/strong>), sup\u00e9riorit\u00e9 (<strong>&gt;=<\/strong>) \u2026<\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"color: #008000;\">Logiques<\/span>: <\/b>ils s\u2019appliquent \u00e0 des valeurs logiques et retournent des valeurs logiques; n\u00e9gation NOT(), <i>ET <\/i>logique AND(), <i>OU <\/i>logique OR()<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #008000;\">Remarque<\/span>: op\u00e9rateur textuel de concat\u00e9nation &amp; pour coller deux cha\u00eenes de caract\u00e8res<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><b>\u00a0II.6- Les fonctions<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Les tableurs proposent un grand nombre de fonctions pr\u00e9d\u00e9finies. Ces fonctions permettent de r\u00e9aliser des manipulations parfois complexes.<\/li>\n<li>Les fonctions du tableur <span style=\"color: #008000;\">Excel<\/span> sont cat\u00e9goris\u00e9es de la fa\u00e7on suivante :<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u2013Les fonctions <span style=\"color: #008000;\"><b>math\u00e9matiques <\/b><\/span>et <span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>trigonom\u00e9triques<\/strong><\/span> offrant des outils de base pour manipuler des donn\u00e9es num\u00e9riques<\/p>\n<p>\u2013Les fonctions <span style=\"color: #008000;\"><b>statistiques<\/b><\/span> offrant des outils d&rsquo;analyse statistique, calcul de moyenne, de variance<\/p>\n<p>\u2013Les fonctions <span style=\"color: #008000;\"><b>logiques<\/b><\/span>, permettant de manipuler des donn\u00e9es logiques (<strong>AND, OR, &#8230;<\/strong>)<\/p>\n<p>\u2013Les fonctions de <span style=\"color: #008000;\"><b>manipulation de texte<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u2013D\u2019autres fonctions utiles dans des domaines particuliers comme par exemple fonctions financi\u00e8res<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><b>II.6- Les fonctions : Insertion des fonctions<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019onglet Formules <span style=\"color: #008000;\">d\u2019Excel\u00a02016<\/span>, illustr\u00e9 \u00e0 la figure\u00a0ci-dessous, donne acc\u00e8s \u00e0 une biblioth\u00e8que de formules et de fonctions.
